National Account Manager

National Account Manager role managing a portfolio of key trade and industrial accounts including trade distributors and a range of manufacturers. Youll be tasked with developing commercial relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sustainable growth with existing and new accounts.
This is a worldwide, already established brand that manufactures products that have a wide range of applications across industrial, manufacturing and construction markets. They are growing their UK market share consistently and offer long-term career opportunities by real investment in your development they will provide mentoring and support to help you grow.
What they are looking for:
Proven experience working for a company in the industrial or construction supplies sector (e.g. construction materials, tools, PPE, industrial consumables, or related categories).
A strong track record of winning new business and driving sales growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop key or national accounts at head office level, including large trade distributors or industrial manufacturers.
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
Organised, self-motivated and confident.
Willingness to travel across the UK to meet customers and attend industry events.
They will consider someone currently in a key account role or field sales role with key account responsibility looking to step up into a national position.
Package: Up to £50,000 DOE, Bonus £10,000, Company Car, Company Pension Package, Private Healthcare
