Description Overview
At Perrigo our NAMs are the core of our business, forging effective relationships with key retail partners and spearheading growth through dynamic approaches to commercial excellence.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Perrigo Customer team, working within the high-growth and fast-paced environment of our Ecommerce channel.
You will play a core part in managing our whole portfolio across branded, tertiary, and own label ranges with shared accountability for full retailer P&Ls.
This role will be based at our Central London office.
Scope of the Role
- Being at the heart of our Customer Led culture, influencing strategies that make an impact.
- Delivering best in class customer service and negotiation of joint business plans.
- Working both cross functionally and cross-regionally to build and maintain effective and sustainable internal relationships.
- Maximising activations across the year through optimised plans that span across promotional and digital marketing excellence.
- Executing and tailoring our brand/trade strategy, achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Strong P&L management, applying ROI learnings.
- Best-in-class data analysis and solid understanding of Ecommerce metrics to better inform strategic business decisions.
- Managing a broad portfolio of products spanning branded and own label, across Lifestyle, Wellness, Core OTC and Skincare categories for a range of Pureplay Ecommerce retailers.
- Identifying new opportunities to drive growth and planning supply of product to meet these.
- In order to be successful, we need someone with commercial experience of working within National Accounts/Commercial Strategy in the Healthcare/FMCG industry.
- You would be part of the UK team, working for a business/channel which is the fastest growing within OTC and has ambitious plans to unlock further growth.
- Experience working within Ecommerce, specifically with Amazon, is highly preferable but not critical for the right candidate.
