This is an ideal opportunity for someone hungry to develop their commercial career within an entrepreneurial SME with a strong track record of success. The business already has excellent relationships with multiple retail and foodservice customers, and this role will further strengthen those partnerships while strategically expanding market reach.
An ambitious company that has surpassed its initial targets, they are now looking to add real value to their commercial team as they continue their growth journey. Their innovation and the leadership demonstrated by the senior team are both motivational and tangible.

Demonstrate flexibility in your working approach, with ideally 1-2 days per week in the office.
The ideal background for this role:
Commercial experience within food manufacturing or FMCG categories. A strong understanding of selling into retail and foodservice accounts, acting as the key point of contact with a regular presence at customer sites. A detail‑oriented approach, with the ability to manage data across multiple customers in a deadline-driven environment. Confident presentation skills for both customers and internal stakeholders. Strong numerical ability to correctly interpret commercial data. Ambition to succeed in a commercial role and contribute to the wider business. Excellent influencing and communication skills.
