· Stationery, gift paper and gift boxes
· Lifestyle accessories and gadgets (bottles, lunch sets, cups, etc.)
· Cosmetics, bath & body, hair accessories, makeup accessories
· Bags, beauty cases and travel accessories
The company manages four core brands – Simple Pleasures, Wright’s Apothecary, TCD Made 4 Kids and Posh + Pop – and creates private label and exclusive collections for some of the largest retailers in the market. Tri-Coastal Design is also the worldwide licensee of Tahari for cosmetic and beauty products.
We are looking for a commercially driven National / Key Account Manager to accelerate our expansion in the UK market, particularly within Bath & Beauty, impulse and lifestyle categories.
The role is based in our new London office in King’s Cross and involves close collaboration with an international team located across Milan, New York and Yantian.
Regular coordination trips to Milan and New York are part of the role.
You will manage and grow relationships across high-street, value and discount retailers, fashion retailers and health & beauty chains.
Experience with major UK retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, B&M, The Range, TK Maxx, Matalan, New Look or similar is highly valued.
An existing portfolio of buyers and active customer relationships is a strong plus.
This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, accountability and upside, and who is motivated by closing deals, growing turnover and earning significant commissions.
Key Responsibilities
· Full ownership of sales budgets and revenue targets
· Develop new business, open new doors and onboard new retail accounts
· Drive the achievement of seasonal and annual sales targets
· Grow brands and private label business across all company divisions
· Plan and manage seasonal and yearly budget forecasts
· Lead commercial negotiations, JBPs and account plans
· Conduct regular market and store visits, analysing trends and competitor activity
· Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand distribution
· Coordinate customer needs with international internal teams
· Analyse product and range performance, providing feedback and optimisation strategies
· Oversee new account setup including logistics, shipping and billing
Profile
· Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in wholesale / retail sales
· Proven background in Beauty, Bath & Body, Personal Care, Lifestyle or Kids sectors
· Demonstrated success in driving growth, opening accounts and increasing turnover
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills
· Commercial mindset with a hunter mentality
· Good understanding of UK retail dynamics
· Highly organised, detail-oriented and analytical
· Strong Excel skills
· Existing buyers network / customer portfolio is a strong plus
