Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join one of our Surrey based clients on a full time permanent basis.
Daily duties of the Neighbourhood Officer:
Ensuring residents understand and comply with tenancy and lease conditions
Managing cases involving hoarding, property neglect, unauthorised alterations, access issues, tenancy fraud, non-occupancy and overcrowding
Leading on resident engagement activities and supporting meaningful involvement
Handling complaints effectively and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
Building strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies and partner organisations
Supporting initiatives to reduce ASB and carrying out tenancy reviews and settling-in visits
Essential requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer:
Experience managing neighbourhoods, tenancies or communities in the public sector
Previous social housing experience
Full UK Drvier's License
