About the Role
Our Commercial team is at the heart of our business, collaborating across Research and Operations to drive new business and growth from existing accounts. We’re a successful, fast‑paced team who support each other, drive improvement, and enjoy what we do.
This role is based in our London office, with the expectation to be in the office 2‑3 days a week.
What You’ll Do
Play a pivotal role in delivering Savanta’s new business strategy, working closely with the VP and cross‑functional teams.
Lead proactive plans to identify new opportunities, markets, and revenue streams – targeting double‑digit year‑on‑year growth.
Build and nurture high‑value client relationships, manage multi‑market activities, and deliver outstanding pitches to senior audiences.
Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery teams to create compelling campaigns and events.
Mentor and develop a high‑performing team, fostering innovation and service excellence.
Drive adoption of tech‑enabled solutions and consultative, data‑driven selling.

About You
You have a strong working competency and a point of view about different research and insight techniques. You are able to work quickly, require limited supervision from senior colleagues, and increasingly demonstrate an ability to see the bigger picture.
The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate:
Proven track record of full‑service, consultative sales success in B2B or business development within the marketing research, or market intelligence industry.
Strong understanding of marketing research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving commercial growth.
Visionary, solution‑oriented approach and respected by senior leadership.
Tech‑first mindset, ready to help pivot Savanta into a cutting‑edge insights business.
Excellent consultative communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passionate about mentoring, team development, and building long‑term client partnerships.
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what’s needed to succeed.

Base Salary range: £55,000 – £70,000
c.£50,000 commission, achievable through our uncapped commission structure
