Pitman Rota (12-hour shifts) We are seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Night Concierge to oversee night operations at a luxury residential development in Canary Wharf. As the face of the development during night hours, you will ensure a seamless resident experience, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment throughout the night. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate records for residents, visitors, and contractors
Receive, log, and securely manage resident deliveries and parcels through internal systems
Oversee key handling, ensuring accurate and secure management at all times
Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment
Monitor CCTV and promptly report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns
Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies and out-of-hours incidents, following approved procedures
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings
Provide helpful recommendations for local services, restaurants, and amenities in the Canary Wharf area
Liaise with contractors and internal teams to support smooth operations and effective handovers
Escalate maintenance issues or resident concerns to the appropriate teams
Candidates in a hotel receptionist/ admin heavy front office position, in a luxury environment would be preferred for this role.
