We are now looking for afriendlyand engaging Night Guest Service Assistant to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Key accountabilities
As Night Guest Service Assistant, you will
Meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area. Aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner
Complete daily guest services duties, including checking in, checking out, balancing revenue and ensuring guest information is kept up to date and is recorded
Work closely with the housekeeping department in coordinating guest requests, assisting with lighter cleaning tasks and ensuring a sparkling and safe hotel
Work closely with Page Common in coordinating guest orders, assisting with serving food and drink items and promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere in the lobby
Typically work 12-hour shifts (8pm 8am), 4 on 4 off

As Night Guest Service Assistant, you will have
Previous experience working in Front Office, preferably within a hotel
A professional appearance and manner, ability to multitask, take initiative and prioritise
A desire to provide exceptional customer service
A high sense of accountability with an ability to remain calm in all circumstances
Good command of spoken English. Ability to speak additional languages is highly desirable
