In this role, youll support all tasks related to in-room dining service, including order taking, delivery, setup, and breakdown, while ensuring every guest request is fulfilled with genuine enthusiasm, warmth, and efficiency. This is a night position , with standard working hours 22:30 07:00 , however flexibility is required for potential earlier start times depending on business needs . About you Passionate about food & beverage and guest service, with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Experience as a food & beverage server with strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong English communication skills, with confidence and professionalism when answering guest calls and taking room service orders. Comfortable working independently during night shifts while maintaining high service standards. Able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
