Full-Time Night Team Member
to join our hotel. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role covering
Bar, Reception, and Breakfast set-up , ensuring our guests experience a seamless and welcoming stay from evening through to morning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reception: Welcome guests arriving late or early, providing friendly check-in and check-out services.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor safety and security of the hotel, conducting regular checks.
Bar: Prepare and serve drinks in line with IHG standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Deliver excellent customer service during bar operations.
Breakfast Setup & Morning Preparation: Set up breakfast areas and ensure all food and beverage stations are ready for service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Support the morning team for smooth handover and transition.
General: Complete night audits and end-of-day reports accurately.
Maintain the hotels public areas tidy and welcoming.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional approach to guests.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, adaptable, and reliable, thriving in a multi-tasking environment.
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
