Details:
This role is not suitable for undergraduate students. Must reside within commutable distance of University. Flexibility required to accommodate student's timetable changes on a weekly basis.

Overall, Purpose:
Provide academic support to either or visually impaired / Deaf or hard of hearing students pursuing higher education.
Responsibilities include electronic note-taking during lectures, seminars, and tutorials, and assisting with campus accessibility.
Mandatory Requirements:
Laptop with WIFI connectivity.
Mobile data plan for online access.
Proficient and accurate typing skills.
Current enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to register.
Completion of Senclude Note Taking course if lacking equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills.
*Responsibilities*:
Take electronic notes during lectures, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and confidentiality.
Deliver notes promptly and accurately within 24 hours.
Attend relevant training and meetings.
Qualifications:
Degree, or equivalent.
Mandatory qualification in Specialist Note Taking (training provided by Senclude).
