AbouttheRole AspartoftheDevelopmentteam,youwillsupportthecreationandoptimisationofambientfoodproducts,ensuringtheymeetcustomerexpectations,deliveronquality,andarecommerciallyviable.YoullworkcloselywithcolleaguesacrossTechnical,Operations,andCommercial,contributingtobothproductinnovationandprocessimprovement.
KeyResponsibilities Workfromprojectbriefstodevelopnewambientfoodconceptsorimproveexistingrecipesandprocesses.
Translatecustomerinsightsandmarkettrendsintoproductsthatalignwithbrandvalues,budgets,andlaunchtimescales.
Prepareandpresentsamplesforinternalandexternaltastepanels.
Supportproductlaunchesfromconceptthroughtofactorytrialsandfullproduction.
Maintainaccuratedocumentationandensurecompliancewithtechnicalandqualitystandardsthroughoutdevelopment.
Assistinrationalisationprojectstostreamlinerawmaterials,improveefficiency,andreducecosts.
Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandinternalstakeholderstoensuresmoothprojectdelivery.
Contributetocontinuousimprovementbyidentifyingopportunitiesforinnovationandprocessoptimisation.
AboutYou Passionforfood,withagenuineinterestinnewproductdevelopmentand/ormanufacturingprocesses.
AFoodScience,FoodTechnology,orrelatedqualification Experienceinadevelopmentortechnical/developmentrolewithinfoodmanufacturing Strongorganisationalandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytohandlemultipleprojectsatonce.
