About the Role A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with NQ level experience and upwards to join a growing team. The firm is a long standing (renowned) regional practice with a strong reputation across the South West, known for its collaborative culture, high quality client base and investment in junior talent. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the department’s continued growth. The role will involve:

Handling a varied caseload of family matters including divorce, financial remedies and private children work Advising clients on sensitive and complex family law issues Managing relationships with clients in a professional and empathetic manner Drafting and reviewing key legal documents Supporting business development initiatives and networking opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a qualified Solicitor at NQ level upwards with experience in Family Law Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a developing caseload Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills Show initiative and a proactive approach to your career development Be keen to grow within a supportive and forward thinking firm
