A market-leading UK energy legal team is recruiting a high-calibre Senior Associate (Lawyer) with a focus on nuclear energy and complex energy infrastructure projects.

This is a career-defining opportunity to join a Tier 1-ranked Projects team within a top UK practice, working alongside recognised experts in nuclear and fusion law. You’ll be at the forefront of advising on some of the most significant nuclear developments in the UK and internationally, from GW-scale new build and advanced modular reactors to deep geological disposal facilities and commercial fusion plants.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Associate in this dynamic team, you’ll:

• Provide regulatory and commercial legal advice on nuclear and fusion energy projects
• Support clients through all stages of project delivery, including navigation of complex regulatory regimes
• Have real responsibility and ownership from day one, collaborating with industry-leading partners and directors
• Contribute to high-profile workstreams, spanning new build, advanced reactor deployment, and innovative nuclear programmes

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified solicitor registered with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland
• 6+ PQE with practical experience advising on nuclear/fusion projects, energy infrastructure or highly regulated sectors
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder skills
• A self-motivated, commercial mindset and genuine interest in the nuclear sector
