About you Youre a warm, nurturing individual with experience caring for babies and children aged five and under. A Level 2 (or above) DfE-approved early years qualification is desirable but not essential. Youre passionate about helping children learn through play and exploration, supporting planned activities, contributing to observations, and promoting each childs development. Safeguarding comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues.
