The Role:

As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:

Support the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the setting Lead and motivate the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Act as a role model for best practice in early years Support staff development, supervision, and mentoring Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionalsRequirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills A passionate, proactive, and supportive leadership styleWhat's on Offer:
