English and Chinese . Our Wimbledon nursery, conveniently located close to publoc transport routes. It is the second nursery within our growing group. We welcome children from all backgrounds and work with a diverse community of families, both with and without Chinese connections. Our approach is rooted in research demonstrating that learning two contrasting languages simultaneouslysuch as English and Chinesecan significantly support childrens cognitive development. As a result,

curriculum and pedagogy are central to our ethos . We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play an active role in both the

day-to-day running of the nursery

and the

development of our rich, evolving curriculum . This includes contributing ideas and working collaboratively on initiatives across: Language learning

Outdoor learning

Wider EYFS curriculum development

This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing operational leadership with hands-on educational practice, and who is excited to shape and enhance a high-quality bilingual early years curriculum.
