The Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our setting and continue delivering high-quality early years care and education. This is a hands-on leadership role , where you will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff, engaging with children, and building strong relationships with families. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding childcare Ensure full compliance with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery Maintain high standards of care, learning, and development Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
