Key Responsibilities – Nursery Manager

As the new Nursery manager, you will be required to help plan and deliver engaging learning activities, catering to the abilities of the students Develop strong partnerships with parents and other organisations that impact on children’s development. Managing staff in the setting and delegating jobs to them. Ensuring that all staff are supported in their role using supervision and coaching. Ensuring that staff working with children are suitable and have all safeguarding checks completed. Organising parent visits to the settings before a child is registered. Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment Maintain smooth daily routines, encouraging positive play, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
