Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
and have
at least two years leadership experience

What Were Looking For Were seeking a passionate, ambitious Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care. In this role, you will: Lead and inspire
your team to deliver exceptional childcare and strong EYFS practice Drive quality improvement , enhancing educational programmes and daily operations Ensure full compliance , maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources , ensuring efficient and effective nursery operations Build strong relationships
