As Nursery Manager, youll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional early years education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Youll create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and motivate your team
Ensure full EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance
Drive quality improvement across the nursery

Required Qualifications: ?? About You

Youll bring:
Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
