An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced NurseryManager to join a stunninf Forest Day Nursery, a welcoming and supportive team. Someone who has the passion of the outside, alongside the passion of early years management

Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Forest School setting, ensuring high-quality outdoor learning experiences for all children.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or relevant field

*

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years or outdoor education setting

*

Forest School qualification (or a strong background in outdoor learning and a willingness to work towards it)

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills

*

A genuine passion for outdoor learning and child-led education

*

Ability to inspire and support staff, sharing Forest School skills and knowledge with the wider team
