Are you an experienced early years professional ready to lead a passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives? We’re looking for an inspiring and qualified childcare professional who holds a Level 3 qualification (or above) and has at least two years’ leadership experience in an early years setting. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.

As Nursery Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading, supporting, and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a team of early years professionals

• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow

• Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Rated \"Good\" by Ofsted, our Peatmoor nursery cares for up to 100 children and is home to a long-standing, passionate team, many of whom have been with Busy Bees for over 15 years. • We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
