Key Responsibilities

Early Years Practice

Deliver high‑quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Act as a key person, observing, planning, and evaluating children's development. Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication. Support room initiatives and contribute to nursery development projects. Maintain accurate records and uphold excellent safeguarding practice. Support and work towards achieving high standards in room audits and inspections.
