The Role Nursery Practitioner As a Nursery Practitioner , you will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children while delivering high-quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework Promote childrens learning, development, and wellbeing Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment Observe and monitor childrens development and progress Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are always followed Act as a positive role model for children Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
