Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care, learning, and play experiences for children

  • Take responsibility for room leadership (Room Leader role) including planning, staff supervision, and curriculum delivery

  • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and management

  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, EYFS practice, and professionalism

  • Support the overall success and development of the nursery

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification essential

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

  • Experience in a nursery or early years environment (Room Leader experience desirable)

  • Passionate, reliable, and committed to excellence

  • Confident communicator with a positive approach to teamwork
