Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) Location: West Cambridge Day Nursery (CB3 0FZ) Contract: Permanent | 40 hours per week | 52 weeks per year Working Pattern: MondayFriday, varied shifts between 07:4518:15

Salary: £29,494.40 £32,406.40 per annum (pro-rata) - £14.18 £15.58 per hour

About You You are a confident and committed early years professional who:
Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
Has strong knowledge of the EYFS , enabling you to work effectively as a Key Person
Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning experiences through play
Observes, assesses, and records childrens development to support progress
Is committed to safeguarding , ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building strong and positive relationships
