Your new company You will be working at a fantastic nursery in the Stafford area on a permanent basis, 37 hours per week. You will be an enthusiastic, proactive individual, who has childcare experience, ideally within a nursery or primary setting. This nursery is looking for someone who has a child-centred approach at the heart of all they do; for someone who will bring magic, fun, enjoyment and play to the children's lives; for someone who believes in releasing potential in others.

Your new role This is a full-time position all year round, consisting of a 37-hour working week, on a rota basis, generally consisting of 3 long days and 2 shorter half days.

What you'll need to succeed Experience working with children within a nursery, primary or SEN setting that we are able to obtain a reference for Ideally, you hold a level 2 or level 3 early years' qualification. However, if you do not hold this, the nursery is open to putting the suitable person through the qualification Training, support and coaching will be offered to the successful candidate to ensure they are successful in their duties.
