Room Leader
to join our nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to lead a team and support high-quality care and learning within a nurturing environment. About the Role
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education for children. You will act as a role model, supporting both children and staff while promoting a positive and collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of nursery practitioners Ensure full compliance with
safeguarding and early years regulations Plan and implement
engaging, age-appropriate activities Monitor and support childrens
learning and development Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment Build strong relationships with
parents, staff, and children Support effective
assessment, planning, and reflective practice Encourage teamwork and positive communication across the setting Requirements
Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years / Childcare Strong knowledge of
safeguarding procedures and EYFS Previous experience in a
Room Leader or senior practitioner role Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organisational and time management abilities A proactive, positive, and professional approach What We Offer
