About our Nursery
Busy Bees London Kenton Preston Hill, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 47 children and offers a friendly, safe, and supportive environment where children can learn and play. Under the guidance of our experienced team, children are encouraged to be creative and independent while developing a love for learning, exploring, and building relationships with others. Our Northwest London nursery is easily accessible by car or public transport, with onsite parking and convenient buggy storage for safe and easy drop-off and collection. The nearest underground station is Kingsbury, located approximately a 15-minute walk from the nursery. We also provide complimentary lunches and free parking for staff. In our outdoor area, children can enjoy a variety of activities, including hula hoops, climbing frames, and an outdoor creative station, fostering their physical and social development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room. \n
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. \n
- Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. \n
- Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. \n
- Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. \n
- Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment. \n
Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
