Job Overview An established primary special school in West Drayton is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. This is a unique opportunity to support children and young people with autism and severe learning difficulties, empowering them to access meaningful learning and develop functional, sensory, and motor skills.

The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions, and programmes tailored to individual pupil needs, contributing to both school-based and community support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of children and young people with SEN, autism, or severe learning difficulties. Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and develop individualized intervention plans, including sensory diets and motor skill programmes. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom and home settings. Contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) with clear clinical reporting and outcome setting.
