Office Administrator & Property Support - contract

Fantastic opportunity to join a large country estate in the local area, providing admin support to the Property Manager and wider Estate Office, on a maternity cover contract for 9-12 months.
We are looking for someone who is available to start Monday 29th September and can commit to the length of the contract.
This role would suit someone bright, switched on, methodical and highly organised with superb attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills. Driving license essential.
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5
Duties include
General office admin (answer the telephone, sort the incoming and outgoing post, manage stationery cupboard)
Make sure kitchen and office supplies are stocked up, purchasing products when required
Provide support to the Property Manager (update tenant contact details, maintain contractor compliance records, manage all utilities for estate buildings and untenanted properties, arrange property repairs)
Look after the vehicle fleet (arrange MOT's, services, insurance and tax)
Update and manage the property pages on the website using Wordpress
Skills/Experience
Previous admin experience would be preferable
Strong organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise a busy workload
Great team player
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
