Office Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive contribution to our business and ensure all visitors feel welcomed into our office space. Develop your skills and gain experience in other operational tasks, where required. You will be communicating with clients, candidates and other third parties through both written and verbal communication and you will also liaise with all colleagues around the business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain front of house and upkeep of information boards.
Manage the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests and answering calls.
Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
Organise meetings both internal and external, including management of bookings, setting up equipment, arranging lunch etc.
Support with arranging company wide events & celebrations and external events
Monitor inventory of office supplies, including stationery and equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
