Join Paragon Home Healthcare as a full-time Office Administrator on a 13-month maternity cover contract in Richmond. This is a varied and rewarding role for an efficient and friendly administrator.

Maternity Cover Office Administrator (Full-Time, 13-Month Contract)

Location: Richmond, London (On-site at Head Office)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm

Salary: £25,500 £29,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Start Date: Immediate

The Role

Were seeking anenthusiastic and organised Office Administratorto join our Operations Team on a13-month maternity cover contract. This is abusy, hands-on rolewith plenty of variety no two days are the same.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key part in making sure the office operates efficiently while supporting our incredible care teams behind the scenes.

Please note:This role also includes participation in anon-call rota(nights and weekends). For each on-call shift worked,time off in lieu (TOIL)will be granted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the office answering phone calls, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional approach.
  • Keep the office running manage supplies, arrange maintenance, and keep everything organised.
  • Support the team coordinate training days, manage bookings for travel and accommodation, and assist with staff scheduling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues work closely with HR, clinical teams, and care coordinators to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Take part in theon-call rotato handle out-of-hours queries, with TOIL provided for your time.
What Were Looking For
  • A confident communicator with a friendly, professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience in health administration is advantageous, but not essential
  • Super organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • A quick learner who adapts easily to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and general office software
