A leading international consulting firm is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its central London office. Working closely with the Office Manager and wider business support teams, you’ll ensure the office remains a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and clients alike. From supporting internal events to handling supplies, logistics, and hospitality, this is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in supporting others.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Opening and preparing the office each day
  • \n\t
  • Greeting guests and coordinating deliveries, post, and couriers
  • \n\t
  • Managing office supplies, kitchen stock, and general upkeep
  • \n\t
  • Support the Marketing team with materials for events
  • \n\t
  • Assist with new joiner inductions
  • \n\t
  • Upholding health & safety and supporting general office operations
  • \n\t
  • Assist with booking hotels for internal staff and external clients
  • \n\t
  • Support logistics for internal and external events
  • \n\t
  • Assist with planning and delivery of UK and International Away Days
  • \n

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an office or facilities support role
  • \n\t
  • A service-driven mindset and a friendly, can-do attitude
  • \n\t
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle varied tasks
  • \n\t
  • Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional lifting/setup
  • \n\t
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
