A leading international consulting firm is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its central London office. \n\nWorking closely with the Office Manager and wider business support teams, you’ll ensure the office remains a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and clients alike. From supporting internal events to handling supplies, logistics, and hospitality, this is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in supporting others.
\n\nKey Responsibilities include:

- Opening and preparing the office each day \n\t
- Greeting guests and coordinating deliveries, post, and couriers \n\t
- Managing office supplies, kitchen stock, and general upkeep \n\t
- Support the Marketing team with materials for events \n\t
- Assist with new joiner inductions \n\t
- Upholding health & safety and supporting general office operations \n\t
- Assist with booking hotels for internal staff and external clients \n\t
- Support logistics for internal and external events \n\t
- Assist with planning and delivery of UK and International Away Days \n
What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in an office or facilities support role \n\t
- A service-driven mindset and a friendly, can-do attitude \n\t
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle varied tasks \n\t
- Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional lifting/setup \n\t
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) \n
