Office & IT Manager

to oversee the smooth running of our operations, facilities, and IT systems. This is a key role supporting senior management, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across the business. About the Role You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations, managing facilities and fleet, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring full compliance with company and statutory requirements. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Organisation & Coordination Maintain efficient filing, onboarding, and document control systems Ensure training records, DBS registers, and compliance documentation are always up to date Plan travel and logistics cost-effectively Support smooth day-to-day business operations Communication & Leadership Provide clear updates to directors and respond promptly to internal queries Escalate issues appropriately and support cross-department collaboration Maintain a calm and professional approach under pressure Facilities, Fleet & Asset Management Oversee building management and statutory compliance (fire, electrical, alarms, etc.) Manage fleet, tools, inspections, and insurance processes Support engineers and accounts with operational requirements Customer & Stakeholder Management Handle customer interactions professionally Manage complaints efficiently and maintain high satisfaction levels IT Strategy & Cybersecurity Maintain system reliability and cybersecurity standards Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection Manage IT budgets and support system improvements Deliver IT support and training to staff Compliance & Governance Support ISO systems, audits, and company procedures Maintain document control and regulatory compliance Initiative & Ownership Take ownership of tasks and improve inefficient processes Support wider business objectives with a proactive mindset About You Strong organisational and multitasking skills Experience in office management, IT systems, or operations Knowledge of compliance, ISO standards, or governance (desirable) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused What We Offer What We Offer Competitive salary up to £40k 25 Days Holiday + 8 Statutory Bany Holidays Benenden Health Cash Plan Royal London Pension Scheme Bonus Reward Scheme Opportunity to play a key role in a growing business Support for professional development and training Collaborative and supportive working environment If you are a driven and organised professional looking to make an impact, wed love to hear from you.
