They are seeking a pro-active and tech-savvy Office Manager to look after a very busy office of circa 90 ppl ensuring the smooth running of the office day to day, making it a welcoming and safe workspace for all.

You will be responsible for:

    Day to day office operations, working across different teams within the business

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Suppliers and contracts

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Streamlining processes, introducing new systems/AI tools to improve efficiency 

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Managing IT and setting up IT and AV equipment

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Health and Safety - Risk Assessments

    \n\t
  • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Budget management

    \n\t
  • \n
\n\n
