We have an opportunity for a Senior Operations Coordinator / Office Manager to join the organisation at a pivotal point in its journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a newly created position within a small and ambitious team. The business currently operates with a lean structure, and this role will play a central part in supporting day to day operations and building the structure required to enable sustainable growth as headcount increases. As the Senior Operations Coordinator / Office Manager, you will act as the operational hub across people processes, finance liaison, supplier coordination and Board administration.
