A very exciting opportunity for a proactive Office Manager has come up, joining a fast-growing and leading  Real Estate Advisory Firm in Soho. This is a pivotal role within a close-knit team of around 20, offering the chance to truly take ownership of the office environment and play a key part in the company’s continued success.

About The Role
\nThis is a hands-on and varied Office Manager position, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys being at the centre of a busy office, and takes pride in creating a seamless and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently
  • \n\t
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation and organisation across the workspace
  • \n\t
  • Acting as the go-to person for all operational and administrative needs
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating European travel bookings, including flights and accommodation within budget
  • \n\t
  • Organising company events such as the annual ski trip, summer and Christmas parties, and quarterly socials
  • \n\t
  • Supporting with the company CRM system
  • \n\t
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • \n\t
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, including high-profile investors, and acting as a polished and professional first point of contact
