Temporary Office Manager/ PA 6 Week Cover (Potential to Extend)
Location: Central London
Type: Office-based, 5 days a week
Duration: 6 weeks (With possibility to extend)
Pay: £16 - £20 per hour (Based on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5pm
We’re working with a high end property investment firm in the heart of the West End, who are looking for a bright, polished and proactive Office Manager to step in for a 6 week cover with the potential to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination experience, a hands on attitude, and a natural flair for front of house and people management.
You’ll be the go to person for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing day to day operations, welcoming clients and supporting senior leadership with light PA duties. This is an exciting, fast-paced environment which would be ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique, client facing setting.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee day to day office operations, from facilities to supplies and everything in between
- Act as the friendly, professional front of house, welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms and keeping common areas polished
- Liaise with contractors, cleaners and suppliers to ensure the office runs like clockwork
- Provide ad hoc PA support to senior leadership (e.g. diary management, travel booking, admin support)
- Organise team events and assist with internal communications
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are directed appropriately
- 1–2+ years’ experience in an Office Coordinator, Receptionist or Office Manager role, ideally within a boutique or luxury environment
- Highly organised, confident and approachable, someone who’s comfortable juggling tasks and staying ahead of the game
- Immaculate communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think one step ahead
- Proactive mindset with a flexible, no-task-too-small attitude
