Job Description
Pivotal Office/Business support role working for a boutique company based in Central London near Bond Street. This is a unique part-time opportunity working 3-4 days a week, including reduced hours if required around childcare.
\n\nDuties will include supporting with the day to day running of the office, working closely with the accountant to provide book-keeping support (processing payments, invoicing, chasing payments, liaising with HMRC etc), project support, client correspondence and light PA duties to the Partners.
\n\nWe are keep to find someone who has relevant experience working in a fast paced professional environment. It is essential that you have excellent written and spoken English. Ideally you will be educated to at least A level or equivalent with strong business acumen.
\n\nThe company offer flexibility, an excellent working environment in a friendly and fun team, alongside good benefits. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week required in the office.
