Working in partnership with an Expert by Experience Co-Trainer, the Facilitator Trainer leads sessions, guides discussion, and ensures the content is delivered to the required national standard. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging learning environment that improves understanding, challenges attitudes, and promotes high-quality, person-centred support for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.Brief outline of the role:The Oliver McGowan Facilitator Trainer delivers the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism in partnership with an Expert by Experience Co-Trainer, ensuring sessions are engaging, interactive, and meet national quality standards.
