What you’ll be doing: Leading delivery of O&M, EV and energy management projects Managing maintenance schedules, callouts, subcontractors and reporting Overseeing client communications, technical support and performance analysis Preparing proposals, scopes and service agreements

What we want from you: Experience in commercial solar or energy systems Strong technical background and project coordination skills Confident communicator with commercial awareness Familiarity with platforms like SolarEdge, Solis or Fronius
