Onboarding Coordinator

New Yesterday

Package Description: The Role
Express new ideas, take initiative and save lives. Others talk about being brave, at IC24, we’re made that way.
From providing high quality integrated urgent care for over six million people, to thinking of innovative solutions for our patients – every role at IC24 is made to be brave.
We are looking for someone to make a real impact from day one. We’re looking for an organised and people‑focused Onboarding Co‑ordinator to join our award-winning Recruitment Team on a 3‑month fixed term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring our new starters have a smooth, supportive and positive journey into IC24.
We are in an exciting phase of improving our onboarding processes, including strengthening compliance checks and enhancing the experience we offer candidates through our applicant tracking system. This role will play a key part in the successful rollout of these improvements.
As our Onboarding Co‑ordinator, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, from offer acceptance through to first day, ensuring everything is in place for new colleagues to hit the ground running. You'll be supporting candidates as they progress through the process and keeping our hiring managers updated with timescales. Our volumes are high and with some roles being patient facing, it's important we process these at pace, so you'll need to ensure you can work to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
You’ll be the go‑to person for candidate queries, providing reassurance, clear communication and a great first impression of IC24.
This is an exciting time to join IC24 as we move to new platforms and build new initiatives into our process. These next three months are vital to ensure we continue to offer a positive journey to our candidates during this transformational journey.
