Henderson Drake is supporting a growing OneStream consultancy that is expanding its planning practice across the UK. With increasing demand for enterprise planning solutions, the business is seeking an experienced OneStream Planning Lead to take ownership of delivery across complex client programmes. This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining hands‑on solution delivery with project leadership, working closely with finance stakeholders to design planning models that support better decision‑making and long‑term performance. What you will be doing

Lead the delivery of OneStream Planning implementations from discovery through to post‑go‑live enhancement Design scalable planning models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Own platform configuration including metadata, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reporting structures Work alongside finance teams to improve budgeting, forecasting, and planning governance Manage integrations with ERP and source systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency Facilitate workshops, user training, and solution walkthroughs Act as the senior lead across delivery workstreams, ensuring strong standards and successful outcomes

What you will bring

3+ years of hands‑on OneStream implementation experience, ideally focused on planning Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Experience building and delivering financial planning solutions within OneStream Ability to work closely with senior finance stakeholders in a consulting environment Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence leading delivery workstreams OneStream certifications are advantageous but not essential
