Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Onshore EHS Analyst on a 6 month contract located in Durham.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Role SummaryThe EHS Advisor is responsible for supporting and promoting a strong Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture at the marshalling harbour for a offshore renewable energy project. The role ensures safe working practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental performance in line with company and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary EHS focal point, providing advice and support to supervisors, technicians.Ensure compliance with GWO standards, client HSE requirements, and relevant wind industry best practices.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify and mitigate risks.Facilitate and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Toolbox Talks.Lead and support incident/near miss reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, spill prevention, and energy use.Deliver safety inductions, briefings, and refresher sessions for all offshore personnel.Coordinate emergency drills and ensure compliance with client and project requirements.Maintain accurate records and prepare EHS reports for the Project HSE Manager.Drive a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and visible leadership.RequirementsValid GWO certification package (Working at Heights, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, First Aid, Sea Survival).Demonstrated offshore EHS experience, ideally within offshore wind or renewable energy projects.Knowledge of offshore wind safety standards, guidelines, and best practice (e.g., G+, IMCA, client requirements).Strong background in risk management, inspections, and incident investigation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across multi-disciplinary teams.Strong reporting and IT skills (MS Office, incident management systems).Our CompanyRubicon Consulting is a Talent management consultancy which helps you to optimise business performance and competitive advantage by choosing the right people first time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
