KeyResponsibilities BetheVoiceofOperationsandtheOperationsChampionthroughoutthebusinessalongsidetheOperationsManager. Responsibilityforwarehousehealth,procurement,KPIsandoperationalperformance. Responsibilityfordisasterrecoveryplanningwhichisregularlyreviewedandtested CoverforOperationsManagerwhenabsent(annualleave/sickness) Customer,Workforce&ShiftPlanning/Forecasting Buildandmaintainanoperationalforecastingtool. Leadtheoperationalforecastingprocessusingthesalesforecastandcustomerschedulestopredictrequirementsaccurately. Monitorforecastaccuracyandpreparescenariosforvolumefluctuations. Analyseandoptimiseshiftpatternstoensureoperationalcoverageandcost-effectiveworkforceutilisation.
