Operations Assistant – Northampton (NN5 5JP) – Plumb Centre

As an Operations Assistant based in Northampton (NN5 5JP) you will be responsible for:  

• Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting stock away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse

• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency (This will involve heavy lifting) .

• Assisting customers at the trade counter as and when needed, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday along with Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon when needed.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment would be ideal but not essential

• Confidence in engaging with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
