Job Title: Operations Change Manager Location: Agile (traveling to depots and various sites as required) Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work nights or varied hours when required At Evri, we're proud to be market leaders in delivery and we're continuously investing to keep growing. We're looking for an Operations Change Implementation Manager to join our team: someone who shares our passion for operational excellence and thrives on supporting our people directly in the live environment. This role plays a key part in delivering and embedding change across our national network, improving operational processes, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous improvement. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline colleagues to senior leaders, ensuring that every change initiative is clearly communicated, understood, and consistently applied. By being physically present in the operation, you'll support the smooth integration of changes across Evri Hub and Depot sites and help the network deliver improved performance in service, productivity, quality and customer experience. Success in this role depends on excellent communication, strong relationship building, and a commitment to delivering high quality, consistent processes across a fast paced 24/7 logistics operation.
