Youll be responsible for driving operational excellence, Lean transformation, automation strategy, and sustainable performance. Key Responsibilities · Lead multi-site manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency · Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with corporate goals · Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives · Oversee CAPEX, automation projects, and continuous improvement · Build a high-performing operations team and embed a culture of excellence · Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards About You · Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management (MBA a plus) · 10+ years in manufacturing operations; 5+ in multi-site leadership · Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and digital transformation · Strong financial, project, and team leadership skill
